Cancellation Policy
Please note that if you cancel your place on the training course within seven (7) days of the scheduled course date, the full course fee will remain payable.
Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before the course date will not incur any charge. However, cancellations made within seven (7) days of the course date are considered late cancellations, and the full training course fee will be due.
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute participant at no additional cost, provided that we are notified prior to the course date.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
